On-Site Business Solutions is a full-service accounting and consulting firm. We cater to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to medium-sized companies. Our staff accountants and partners specialize in life planning strategies, business consulting, and estates and trusts. Additionally, we provide tax and accounting services, including tax planning, tax return preparation, auditing, and bookkeeping.
We started out as owners of the local franchise of Padgett Business Services in 1981. On-Site Business Solutions was established when we decided to expand our services and welcome additional staff in 2002. We wanted to offer more to our clients, including our QuickBooks expertise and training as well as paperless bookkeeping. Additionally, we have an Enrolled Agent status.
Since our first day in business, we continue to give our clients personal attention, which is a rarity in these financial times. We are committed to earning and keeping our client's trust. Our pledge is to create an environment where our clients can view us as a trusted business advisor.
Most of our customers are mom-and-pop businesses and corporate clients. We provide families and companies with innovative services to give them financial clarity and solutions as well as improve their quality of life.
Our founder and CEO, Tony, was born and raised in Macon. Tony has been a licensed insurance professional since 1975.
In 1981, circumstances allowed him to own a franchised-based small business bookkeeping, accounting, and tax practice. In 2004, he became an Enrolled Agent, enabling him to offer extensive tax planning and represent clients before the IRS, which has enabled him to be the firm’s “Master Strategist”. Through the years, Tony’s extensive knowledge of insurance, retirement and tax has been a huge asset in developing life-planning strategies for his clients, whether business clients, or individual clients.
Born and raised in Macon, Debby joined Tony in the accounting and tax practice in 1981.
Her training and education in bookkeeping allowed her to develop and grow that particular side of their business. In 2001, with the proliferation of QuickBooks for small businesses, she became a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, providing extensive training on the use of QuickBooks in small business. In 2010, she began developing a “Cloud Accounting” practice that has expanded over the years. She is an accredited tax professional and in 2006 became licensed to sell life insurance products.
